CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are about our clients and the environment in which they feel most comfortable. Private practice reduces waiting times, allows more flexibility in relation to appointments (including evenings and weekends), and most importantly, offers the opportunity for clients to choose between brief, focussed therapy or longer term exploratory work.

The environmental settings of any consultation are determined by the client and are open to change from session to session depending on the clients needs.

We offer short and long term counselling to individuals or couples and supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors within therapy with us, your individual hopes, aspirations and needs will be considered with much care and the therapy tailored with each aspect in mind.

There will be space and the opportunity to think, in a safe and non-judgemental way, about the things that distress you or that you may be grappling with. All aspects are worthy and of value and each of the issues can be talked about in a confidential and safe environment, with someone who is professionally trained.

We have many years' experience working in the field of therapy many Organizations such as the NHS, Charity Organizations, and large insurance companies also while working privately.

Students & Therapists Supervision
We offer supervision to therapists in all healing professions helping to bring a clearer perspective, a wider dimension and greater depth to their work.

Our aim is to help develop therapists' confidence and both their personal and professional skills in client work whilst at the same time safeguarding good practice.

We believe that supervision to be an essential part of the therapeutic process; it helps the therapist to see the wood for the trees and identify ways in which they may be colluding in their client's material whilst also allowing the therapist to feel held and supported. This in turn provides a greater degree of clarity, holding and safety for the client further enabling their healing and unfoldment.
