Services provided
On an individual person to person basis our comprehensive services include: A full psychological assessment which identifies the client needs and provides a tailored psychological treatment programme. We normally provide an intensive brief therapy, based on a 6 session model, solution focused treatment interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

- Report / Referral
- There will be cases requiring further treatment, which can be arranged after consultation with the employer.

Accreditation
All our counsellors are members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. All our work adheres to the professional Code of Ethics set by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) code of ethics.
A variety of organizations use our services in their Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to help them with all aspects of employee related issues. Indeed, these organisations often consider an EAP not only as an employee benefit but also value it for its return on investment.
Increasingly, employees face longer hours, heavier workloads, personal and financial concerns and the increasing pressures of modern life. All these factors contribute to workplace stress and result in:

EAP saves money in the long term and in the extreme case where an appeal to a tribunal is necessary will always present the company in the best possible light, having demonstrated that the duty of care has been taken extremely seriously.
